4. What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will notify the person or entity who posted the material of your claim and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

  • If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrict the alleged infringement.

5. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that material removed under a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or in Duval County, Florida if outside the U.S.).

  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and, unless they initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Bridge & Beacon Real Estate, LLC may terminate website access or accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
