Bridge & Beacon is a locally owned brokerage created for real estate agents who want to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment without giving up their independence. Our focus is on meaningful relationships, thoughtful coaching, practical education, and systems that make day-to-day business feel more manageable and sustainable. Led by a broker who is a former teacher with a hands-on approach, we believe agents do their best work when they feel supported, understood, and connected. We’re intentionally small, deeply rooted in the greater Jacksonville and St. Johns areas, and committed to being present, accessible, and genuinely invested in the people we work alongside.

We are not the biggest brokerage in Jacksonville—and we don’t want to be. We don’t promise instant leads or overnight success. We believe a brokerage is about more than splits and fees, but we also understand that when agents invest in their brokerage, that investment should be met with real value and meaningful support. At our core, we believe successful businesses are built on genuine relationships, consistent effort, and trust earned over time. We encourage agents to focus on building careers that last for years, not just chasing quick closings through purchased internet leads.

It is our goal as a brokerage to provide agents with as many resources as possible for the least amount of money, so it is our hope that you will find our splits and fees fair and our value proposition exceptional.

In addition, we do not charge transaction fees, franchise fees, relocation fees, or referral fees … ever.

We know that the first showing of every property is online and we believe in making sure the property looks its best, so professional photography is provided for every listing at no additional cost to you. Included in the photo package are interior and exterior shots, elevated and/or drone shots, and a floor plan (with and without dimensions).

It is important that you stay top-of-mind with your customers and one of the best ways to do that is to stay in touch with them via mail, email, and social media. You will be provided with several items of value each month that you can share on your social channels, print and mail to your sphere, or send out in an email blast – all done for you!

client relationship manager

Staying in touch with past customers and deepening those relationships is the foundation of a business that is built to last. The best way to do this is through the use of a Client Relationship Manager (CRM). We believe this to be such an integral part of every business that we provide one to every agent with no additional cost or monthly fee attached.

Education & Training

The best agents are the ones who are well-educated and trained for success. At Bridge & Beacon, we hold classes, roundtable discussions, and meetings on a regular basis. This ensures our agents are kept up-to-date on industry changes, knowledgeable of contracts, forms, the real estate process, and ultimately building sustainable and scalable businesses for the future.

Transaction Management

Effective transaction management is the difference between success and failure in real estate and something for which our clients rely on us heavily. As such, we provide this for agents here at Bridge & Beacon. From timelines agreements to transaction milestones, we have the tools to make sure you are able to plan out and prepare for every transaction.

Relationships

The relationships you have with people outside of real estate are the key to your success IN real estate, so it is imperative that you nurture these relationships as much as possible. Honestly, this is also just called “being a good friend,” except many times life gets in the way of doing all the things we should be doing. What’s great about real estate is that’s actually part of the job and we’ll help you calendar and plan everything throughout the year with done-for-you pop-bys and more!
